When you place an order we collect your full name, email address, delivery address including postcode and country, your phone number if provided, your payment information processed securely via Stripe (we do not store your card details directly), and your flag design choices, customisation preferences and any text or images you submit as part of your order.

When you browse our website we collect your IP address, browser type and version, pages you visit and time spent on each page, and the device you use to access our website. This information is collected via cookies and analytics tools.

When you contact us we collect your name, email address, the content of your message and any attachments or images you send us.

When you interact with our Instagram or TikTok accounts we may see your public profile information and the content of any messages you send us through those platforms. Social media platforms have their own privacy policies which govern how they handle your data.
